Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
